4. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive it, as long as it is in the same condition as we sent it and not removed from the holder. No reason for returning an item need be given but would be appreciated. Please use registered mail if returning any items, and send us an e-mail to let us know they are coming.
